PillDrill has been a tremendous source of comfort for my deepest anxieties. I can't stress enough how much it has helped my family. Without its reminders, we faced a serious situation that led to a grand-mal seizure for one of my relatives, bringing in the chaos of ambulances and hospitals, and filling our home with constant worry about when it might strike again. After a decade of living like this, PillDrill has restored the joy in my life.

Other medication reminder services had clunky, complex, and outrageously priced systems that just didn’t fit our needs. PillDrill is compact, super easy to operate, and reasonably priced for the typical household.

At first, I had a unit that malfunctioned, and there was another time it wouldn’t connect to my Wi-Fi, but the customer service was fantastic in guiding me through the issues, and they quickly sent a replacement.

Thanks a ton, PillDrill! Keep doing what you’re doing! One thing I’d love to see in the future is a variety of alarm sounds. I get easily irritated by noises, especially when I’m in a deep sleep. It would be great to have a few different sound choices. Other than that, it’s just about perfect!

When my partner started experiencing grand mal epilepsy at almost 30, keeping track of his meds became a MAJOR challenge since he had never had to remember anything before! This led to me developing an anxiety disorder due to the ongoing worry about another seizure from his lapses. Living with panic attacks and constant anxiety became my norm. After yet another seizure incident caused by forgetfulness, I was at my wit's end. I needed a fix. The issue was that we couldn't find anything affordable that worked for us. THEN we found PillDrill!

PillDrill has been a total lifesaver for us. I no longer live in dread of an epileptic episode because I get reminders EVERY time my husband forgets, and so does his mom! Talk about a double whammy!

The only reason I didn’t give it a full 5 stars is that I think the app could be a bit more user-friendly. Setting up the process to link others to the account was somewhat tricky. We also faced a software glitch, but the company was fantastic and quickly sent us a replacement unit. We’re back in business now! I’d also appreciate it if the pill box strips clicked together a bit better so they wouldn’t come apart so easily, but that’s a minor issue.

I genuinely adore this product. It’s absolutely worth the investment for the peace of mind it brings. You won’t regret it. Just go for it!

My folks appreciate the freedom this provides. But, we really hope they could modify the hub for multiple users. Changing that blinking blue light to white or yellow for the second user would be great. It gets pretty pricey if you have to buy two hubs. DJ

Today, my mom sent me a note saying, "This Pill Drill is fantastic. It’s super simple to use and loud enough to hear from anywhere in the apartment. I really appreciate you getting it for me." One thing I think could be better is if you could choose how many rows you want when you place your order. We needed an extra set for 4 times a day, but I didn’t think about that when I was ordering in a rush. I ended up ordering another set a week later, but I reckon a lot of older folks are taking their meds 3 or 4 times daily, so it’d be great if that was part of the initial order process. My mom has Parkinson's, and sometimes she struggles with words. She really enjoys the "how are you feeling" cube since it lets her communicate without needing to pick up the phone. Thanks for an awesome product that has genuinely eased our minds regarding our mother's care.

It's good for reassurance, yet it could use additional controls to really offer the independence folks are looking for.

Helping Mom maintain her independence for a bit more time. Really a great option.

This is a great item overall! My only issue is that if you’ve got a medication you take every three days, you gotta reprogram it each time you use it. It’s not automatic, which can be a bit of a hassle.

Pill Drill is amazing! It allows my friend to maintain her independence; I just need to top off her PillDrill weekly. Even with dementia, she manages to take her medications twice daily by herself, and I get alerts when she does, so I don’t stress about her possibly skipping crucial heart meds. We both appreciate the PillDrill system for enhancing her quality of life.
